Dear Nurture Pediatrics Families,
We’re writing to share heartfelt news about a much-loved provider and exciting updates about new additions to our team.
Dr. Jennifer Wagner will be stepping away from the practice of medicine following the birth of her third child. Her last day with Nurture Pediatrics will be August 31, 2025. Dr. Wagner has been a compassionate, thoughtful, and steady presence for so many of our families, and she has guided countless children with her clinical skill and warmth. While we will deeply miss her, we are overjoyed for her and her growing family and grateful for the years of dedicated care she’s provided to our practice.
To support your child’s continued care, we are thrilled to welcome Dr. Ruth Anne Tomlinson and Courtney Guiler, DNP, CPNP-PC to our Nolensville
office. Both providers bring exceptional experience in pediatric primary care, with special interests in preventive medicine, behavioral health, and family-centered care. Dr. Tomlinson is also highly skilled in ADHD medication management and supporting families navigating behavioral health concerns. We are confident that their presence will provide seamless support and new energy to our Nolensville community.
If your child has an appointment scheduled with Dr. Wagner, our team will reach out to help transition that appointment to another Nurture provider. If you have a preference, we encourage you to call our office and let us know.

To continue care at Nurture Pediatrics:
- You may select another primary care provider at any time by reviewing our team’s profiles at www.NurturePediatrics.com.
- Your child’s medical records are accessible to all our Nurture providers, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition of care.
To transfer medical records to another practice (if needed):
- Complete and sign a medical records release form.
- The form is available at www.nurturepediatrics.com/patient-information or may be picked up at our Smyrna office (810 Medical Park, Smyrna, TN 37167).
- Once submitted, we’ll assist with the secure transfer of your child’s medical records.
