Dr. Bottoms joined Nurture Pediatrics in 2005 and is now a partner. She is a native of North Carolina, and received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine, Winston-Salem, NC. 

Dr. Bottoms completed her internship and residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Bottoms is Board Certified in Pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and Cumberland Pediatric Foundation.

Dr. Bottoms loves being a pediatrician in Nolensville and Smyrna, TN, because of the wonderful sense of community she has found practicing there.

Dr. Bottoms shares her time between the Nurture Pediatrics Smyrna and Nolensville locations.

“We’re blessed to have some amazing providers,” Dr. Bottoms said. “Since 2020, we’ve seen a significant escalation of anxiety, depression, and behavioral health needs. We have many providers who are very skilled in those areas.”
