I have 4 grandkids that I now take to this office and everyone is awesome. Very friendly, professional and great with the kids. Love this office and the ones that work there. They do an amazing job. Two of the kids seen Ms. Meagan and she is great with them. She lets them know what she is getting ready to do. They both love her

Front desk has always been welcoming and super helpful! We have been with them for over 5 years with both our son and now our daughter. We were seeing Dr Fuller and Dr Kennedy for the longest but since he has left we have been with only Abigail Gosik and we absolutely LOVE her. She is super welcoming, AMAZING with the kiddos, very supportive and attentive to our questions and/or concerns, and makes us feel heard and supported. I fully believe she’s the reason our daughter finally got well after months of suffering. We were honestly close to leaving when Dr Kennedy left the group, but she’s definitely keeping us there! We love her and will recommend her to any and everyone!

We love going to see Dr. B at nurture pediatrics. We never have to wait long and she is very thorough. The office is very clean. I haven’t had any problems in the 3-4 years I’ve been taking my daughter.

The nurses and doctors are amazing. They make sure to answer every new parent question we throw at them with kindness and patience and are really good with our new born. There is no other place I’d trust more. I highly recommend their team.

We have seen almost every provider at Nurture Pediatrics and they are all great.Ashleigh Moses is a favorite along with Tyler Kennedy.The staff is always very helpful and answers questions effectively.I sincerely appreciate that I am able to get same day sick appointments at either location.We moved further away but we keep going to this pediatrician office because we like it so much.

We’ve only had one visit at Nurture Pediatrics as we just moved to TN and chose them as our son’s office. Right off the bat, I was impressed before we even got to the office. We hadn’t been established with the them yet but my son was sick and they still got him in that day also as a new patient.Once we arrived, the office was very clean and the woman (I really wish I could remember her name-I will update once I get it!) at the front desk, also who I spoke with in the phone, was so sweet and friendly.We ended up seeing a NP, Courtney Guiller, and she was fantastic. She was kind and great with our son.I think what I’ve been most impressed by is that they make sure to try and get you in same day if your little one is sick, they want you to call before going to ER to make sure it’s necessary before you rack up a huge ER bill, and they have a physician on call 24/7 that you can speak with after hours if you have any concerns. And yes, you actually speak with the physician. I had to call since my son’s cough wasn’t clearing up and spoke with Serenity and she was absolutely amazing! So caring and reassuring. And she had such kind words of encouragement for me. This is a huge change from our last ped office that you could only call during business hours, literally only saw my son for his normal required yearly visits, and never when he was actually sick because they were so overbooked and understaffed. And wouldn’t answer any questions over the phone. They would always say they had to see him in office to be able to give advice but would never have any openings so they always told us we just needed to take him to med check. So crazy.So far, I am very impressed with Nurture Pediatrics in Nolensville. Everyone from front desk, to nurse, to NP, to on call physician over the phone, has all been amazing. Definitely recommend!! If anything changes as time goes on and more visits come, I’ll come and update, but I honestly don’t see my opinion changing unless it gets even better.Thank you, Nurtue Pediatrics, for making us feel welcomed in TN and taking a huge weight off our shoulders in finding a reliable pediatric office we can count on!

This was my first time bringing my son to Nurture Pediatrics at the Nolensville location. I normally go to the one in Smyrna.The front desk staff were nice and helpful. Tara Duke, FNP and the nurse that came into the room. Both of these ladies were so sweet and knowledgeable. They made my son feel at ease and made him feel better. Which made me happy. 5 ⭐️’s

Dr. Bottoms, Tera Duke, and Ashlee at the front desk are amazing from top to bottom! I have a 2.5 year old and a 2 month old who have seen both providers and every time I leave I am more impressed with their knowledge and kindness towards me and my children! Anytime my 2.5 year old was sick they would take us straight back to a room to avoid waiting in the waiting room and getting others sick. Same protocol with a newborn, with my second born coming in at 3 days old, they took us straight back to a room to avoid waiting in the waiting room. Their nursing staff is also wonderful and so sweet. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Love this entire office and cannot recommend them more!

The front desk girl Ashley is the best. She answers all your concerns, she is friendly and pleasant. My son saw Dr. Bottoms who is so down to earth and easy to relate to. She was great with my tween age son. I am happy with the results.

Been going here for several years since our first pediatrician moved away. I have 3 kids (2 girls and one boy) and they have always taken us seriously and been very thorough. We can usually be seen by someone within 24 hours when things pop up unexpectedly. Love the nurses, the doctors and even the nurse practitioners! Front desk workers especially at the Nolensville site are super friendly and informative.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. I’ve been bringing my son here since he was born this past January. The staff is always so friendly and quick to call back if I’ve left a message. Dr. Bottoms is wonderful with my son and the whole team makes me feel reassured as a new mom. I always make his monthly appointments ahead of time because they do book out, but have also gotten pop up appointments rather quickly when he’s been sick. Definitely recommend this facility!

I love this clinic. As soon as you walk in you get a good feeling. Tall ceilings, cute art murals on the walls, and a massive TV playing a movie. You're immediately greeted by the lovely ladies who work the front desk. Check in was super easy and smooth. I was expecting a long wait time in the lobby, and even in the room to see the doctor, and came prepared to entertain my child. However, they called us back right away, and I only had to wait another handful of minutes for the doctor to see us once in the room. Very impressed with how they kept to our appointment time. The doctor we saw, Dr Kennedy, was so amazing. Friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. He answered the questions I had and put me at ease over concerns I had about my 4 month old. All in all I would recommend

Excellent excellent doctors, minimum wait time and the portal access works great. Ive been taking my kids to the same provider for a little over eight years and I just love this office. You would not be disappointed

I’ve been bringing my son to Nurture Pediatrics since he was a newborn, and our experience has been nothing short of excellent. I want to say many thanks to Dr. Kennedy—he is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also approachable and supportive. I always feel comfortable discussing any concerns with him, and he takes the time to listen and provide resources. The staff is equally wonderful—friendly, professional, and always welcoming. The office itself is consistently clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment. I highly recommend Nurture Pediatrics to any parent looking for exceptional care!

My son has autism and most definitely had either the flu or Covid with a bad cough. I can’t get him to wear a mask so I called the front desk to see if they would allow us to come straight back to a room, they agreed and promptly met us on the side door and took us to a room. We were seen quickly and taken care of well. We love Tara & all her nursing staff. Plus, the front desk helped me check out efficiently so my son didn’t have to stay in the waiting room and risk coughing. They made our morning go very smooth!

Such a pleasant office with even more pleasant staff! Dr.Fuller was kind and patient! We never felt rushed or overwhelmed! The nurses were soft and kind too!

I can’t express how thankful I am for Nurse Practitioner Courtney and her medical assistant—they are truly amazing. My daughter has been dealing with some ongoing issues, and Courtney was completely on top of everything, attentive, and compassionate throughout the process. Our family is incredibly grateful for the care and support we received. Thank you so much to this wonderful practice.

Our first time at this location and it was a great experience (minus my kid being sick) but the check in and office visit with the doctor were wonderful. Considering switching to this location for main appointments.

Was throughly impressed by Angela when giving my seven month old her flu shot. I’m always anxious when she has shots but i am amazed by Angela’s performance to not only distract her from the shot but the shot itself!

Very friendly, polite, and professional. Always willing to hear you out and help in anyways they can .

Both of my kids have gone to Nurture Pediatric for years. Dr. Bottoms is very patient, listens, absolutely cares for her patients. I could not be more happy.

Dr Bottoms is hands down the BEST Dr in Tennessee. I highly highly recommend her. All my children have seen her and my oldest is now 26. I love her and she always listens to all concerns and questions I have. She is very patient and understanding and is great with kids. The staff is amazing. Angela up front is the best. So sweet and caring. I highly recommend the nolensville location.

We had a wonderful experience with Emily Turner at the Smyrna location. She is knowledgeable, professional, and has a great way with kids. The entire staff is fantastic; the nurse who saw my son was so patient and kind during his swab. The office is clean, welcoming, and clearly prioritizes patient comfort. Five stars!

Excellent service and especially excellent Dr. Melissa Fuller, she has a lovely charisma when caring for babies and most importantly for a Hispanic person who speaks Spanish 😊🫶🏻

We heard good things from a friend so we decided to make them our pediatrician when our now one month old son was born. They have taken such good care of him since. From calling us at 11:30 at night after an appointment to let us know he needed extra help from the hospital to setting that up for us, to having an after hour number to help out. They are all so caring and kind. I love having them all for my son. I already know I can trust them and they will help us out.

My son was sick, and they were able to get him an appointment quickly, which I really appreciated. The nurse was warm, friendly, and respectful. Dr. Williams showed genuine concern, listened carefully to my son’s complaints, and thoroughly addressed our concerns. She was also very respectful in the way she spoke to and treated my son as a teenager, which meant a lot to us. We are very thankful for the care we received.

I attend a this clinic from 2012 whe I got here from New York with my 3 children, we love here Doctors and the staff are amazing
