Saying Goodbye to Emily Turner, CPNP-PC

After the holidays, one familiar face will be missing from our exam rooms. Emily Turner, CPNP-PC, is leaving Nurture to move out of state with her family. Her last day with us will be December 18, 2026.

We have treasured our time with Emily. She has built incredible relationships with staff, patients and families during her time here, and we are grateful for the care she has given your children. We wish her and her family the very best, and we hope our paths cross again in the future.

What this means for your family

If your child sees Emily, our staff will be reaching out to you to transition any upcoming appointments. To keep your child’s care consistent, we suggest transferring your child’s primary care provider to one of two physicians:

• Dr. Mackenzie Sowers
• Dr. Lauren Edmond-Tennant

Emily will share your child’s important information with them, and we know they will continue the excellent care your family has come to expect.
